What personal data we collect
When you create an YOLOfit Account, apply for commercial credit, purchase and/or activate a services, register for a class at YOLOfit, connect to our services, contact us (including by social media), participate in an online survey, or otherwise interact with YOLOfit, we may collect a variety of information, including:
- Account Information. Your YOLOfit Account and related account details, including email address, devices registered, account status, and age
- Device Information. Data from which your device could be identified, such as about your device, such as browser type.
- Contact Information. Data such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other contact information
- Payment Information. When you purchase services (e.g., classes, packages, passes, or memberships), we collect:
- Transaction details (amount, time, services purchased)
- Payment method used (Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit card, app credits)
Note: We do not store your full credit card details. Payments are processed securely through industry-compliant third-party gateways such as TESS Payment, Amazon Payment Services (APS), Dibsy, QPay, or Google Pay.
- Transaction Information. Data about purchases of YOLOfit products and services or transactions facilitated by YOLOfit, including purchases on YOLOfit platforms
- Fraud Prevention Information. Data used to help identify and prevent fraud, including a device trust score
- Usage Data. Data about your activity on and use of our offerings, such as app launches within our services, including browsing history; search history; product interaction; crash data, performance and other diagnostic data; and other usage data
- Location Information. Precise location only to support services such as Find Gym Near Me or where you agree for region-specific services, and coarse location
- Health Information. Data relating to the health status of an individual, including data related to one’s physical or mental health or condition. Personal health data also includes data that can be used to make inferences about or detect the health status of an individual.
- Fitness Information. Details relating to your fitness and exercise information where you choose to share them
- Financial Information. Details including salary, income, and assets information where collected, and information related to YOLOfit-branded financial offerings
- Government ID Data. In certain jurisdictions, we may ask for a government-issued ID in limited circumstances, including when setting up a wireless account and activating your device, for the purpose of extending commercial credit, managing reservations, or as required by law
- Other Information You Provide to Us. Details such as the content of your communications with YOLOfit, including interactions with customer support and contacts through social media channels
You are not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to requests you may have.
YOLOfit may collect the following information from users of our site: first name, last name, street address, area and city, phone and contact numbers, e-mail address, GPS location (mobile site) (collectively, "Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII").
In addition, YOLOfit may collect information regarding YOLOfit account holders' past YOLOfit orders, favourite Fitness Partner, customer service inquiries, Gym, studio and Sports Academy reviews and certain social networking preferences (e.g. pages you "Like" or "Recommend").
YOLOfit also uses web analytics software to track and analyse traffic on the site and mobile app in connection with YOLOfit advertising and promotion of YOLOfit services. YOLOfit may publish these statistics or share them with third parties without including PII.
Children’s Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children under the age of 18 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). YOLOfit services are not designed for direct use by children without parent/legal guardian`s consent. Any personal information related to a child is provided solely by a parent or legal guardian.
What We Collect for Children
When a parent or guardian creates a child’s profile or books a service for a minor, they may provide the following details:
- First Name and Last Name
- Gender
- Nationality
- Date of Birth
Who Provides the Information
All child-related data must be entered by a parent or legal guardian. Children are not allowed to create accounts or interact with YOLOfit independently.
Why We Collect This Information
We collect this limited information to:
- Match children with suitable classes or offerings
- Allow the control for Parents/legal guardian for safe booking
- Deliver age-appropriate services
- Ensure children`s safety and well being.
Parental Consent
We require verifiable parental or guardian consent before storing or using any child’s personal data. As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:
- Review and confirm accuracy of child`s data
- Review the information provided about your child
- Request deletion of your child’s data
- Withdraw consent at any time
Protection of Children’s Data
We do not sell, rent, or share any children’s personal information. All data is stored securely and used solely within the scope of our services.
- Use of your information
YOLOfit uses PII to create users' YOLOfit accounts, to communicate with users about YOLOfit services, to offer users additional services, promotions and special offers and to charge for purchases made through YOLOfit. Users may affirmatively opt-out of receiving promotional communications from YOLOfit by visiting www.YOLOfit.com. Personal account page and providing YOLOfit with their e-mail address via the opt-out link. YOLOfit may also use PII to enforce YOLOfit terms of use and service.
YOLOfit uses cookies to remember users on the site and to enhance users' experience on the site. For example, when users with YOLOfit accounts return to the site, cookies identify those users and allow the site to provide certain user-specific information such as YOLOfit login information, choice of website language and country selection in addition to any other information we might collect in the future. YOLOfit does not sell the information it collects to third parties. YOLOfit shares collected PII to third-party vendors and service providers with whom YOLOfit works to provide application programming interfaces ("APIs") and other functions for the site in connection with the delivery of YOLOfit services. In addition, YOLOfit shares users' YOLOfit order content, special order instructions, first and last name, street address and telephone number with Fitness Partner where users' orders are placed to the extent necessary to process those orders. YOLOfit may also disclose PII to third parties such as attorneys, collection agencies, tribunals or law enforcement authorities pursuant to valid requests in connection with alleged violations of YOLOfit terms of use and service or other alleged contract violations, infringement or similar harm to persons or property.
User generated content posted through the site such as Gym, Studio and Sports Academies reviews and certain social networking preferences (e.g. pages you "Like" or "Recommend") may be viewed by the general public. Accordingly, YOLOfit cannot ensure the privacy of any PII included in such user generated content.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Because Non-PII does not personally identify you, we may use such information for any purpose. In addition, we reserve the right to share such Non PII, which does not personally identify you, with our affiliates and with other third parties, for any purpose. In some instances, we may combine Non-PII with PII (such as combining your name with your geographical location). If we do combine any Non-PII with PII, the combined information will be treated by us as PII hereunder as long as it is so combined.
IP Addresses. We use IP addresses for purposes such as calculating site usage levels, helping diagnose server problems, and administering the site. We may also use and disclose IP Addresses for all the purposes for which we use and disclose PII. Please note that we treat IP Addresses, server log files and related information as non-PII, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law.

To register for an account, we require you to supply us with your email address, or other information needed to contact you online and over the phone. We use your e-mail address and other contact information you provide us with to confirm your order and to communicate with you in case of an order problem, so one cannot register without an e-mail address. If you supply us with your email address, you may later access it, update it, modify it and delete any inaccuracies by accessing your account through my account information as part of Profile management feature in Mobile App. You may also choose simply not to provide us with your email address; however, you will not be able to register on the mobile app and place orders. We communicate part of your contact information (name, surname, order delivery address and phone number) with the member/partner Gym, Studios and Sports Academies from which you have placed an order. We also use this information to facilitate and improve your use of YOLOfit, to communicate with you, for internal purposes and to comply with any requirements of law. This information may be disclosed to our staff and to third parties involved in the delivery of your order or the analysis and support of your use of YOLOfit. We do not sell and will not divulge your personal contact information to third parties other than as specified in this Privacy Policy without your permission unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so (for example, if required to do so by Court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime).
- Order Placement Information
Personal information required during the order process includes name, address, phone number, email address and other similar information used to identify you and complete an order. Personal information collected at our mobile application will be shared with a Fitness Partner when processing your order. Your personal information will be used to notify you of your order status. Personal information will not be shared with any of our business partners or affiliates without your permission. It is treated as confidential, and will not be disclosed to outside parties, unless compelled by applicable legislation. We only send marketing emails to those people who have specifically requested to receive this information.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our services. These providers process data under applicable data protection laws applicable to them. Below are Third-party partners who support app functionality and analytics, such as and not limited to :
